Miller Creek RV Park

“Howdy, I’m Miller! I’m a modern-day explorer with a thirst for escape, adventure, and a life well-lived. Nothin’ suits me better than strikin’ out into the unknown and seein’ what I can find along the way. Stickin’ ‘round one spot for too long makes me restless as a windstorm, so I had to get to goin’ out into the unknown.

“After some time spent wanderin’, I done come upon a creek and kept followin’ it. Why? I don’t know, but y’all’dve never guessed what appeared before my eyes: a haven by the name of Miller Creek RV Park. Towering Live Oaks rustled quietly in the breeze, and best of all, I met people like me all lookin’ for the same things I was: a soft place to land in the midst of a life of freedom and adventure.

“Now that I had a hub to call home, I began exploring the many personalities of the Texas Hill Country and came upon more than I could’ve imagined. Wineries, local arts and culture, lip-smackin’ good food, and hiking trails winding through the Hill Country. A little somethin’ for everyone to enjoy.

“When you’re ready to check out, check in to Miller Creek RV Park, your Hill Country Restination.”

United States Basketball Academy

To optimize performance and efficiency, the United States Basketball Association (USBA) underwent a strategic reorganization, breaking down operations into four clearly defined and unique divisions.

By adopting this new operational focus, they were able to more precisely identify lucrative opportunities within the Chinese market. They took targeted actions to close deals and establish partnerships that were previously overlooked or considered unattainable.

So, when considering the impact and potential of the USBA, they encouraged potential partners to look beyond the ball!

ColoVista

It began with one man’s dream to build a perfect country club community in the Texas Hill Country. After two years of operation as a semi-private golf course, the ColoVista Country Club owner realized that he needed to get the word out.

After performing an in-depth analysis of the golf, country club, and residential golf community markets, a strategy was developed that would capitalize on ColoVista’s high-end golf experience to drive real estate sales in the community.

Results were a hole-in-one with golf rounds up 30 percent and real estate sales heating up.

Houston Thunder

The Houston Thunder wasn’t just any youth baseball team; it was a squad of 11-year-old boys who performed at an exceptionally high level, displaying talent and dedication beyond their years. Unfortunately, their identity, reflected in their uniforms and website, didn’t do justice to the extraordinary capabilities they showcased on the field.

To address this, a comprehensive new identity package was created for The Thunder, marked by its bold, vibrant design elements. With visually striking uniforms and a website that told their compelling story, the team exuded a level of professionalism and excellence that made them the envy of their competition.

In another life, I’m pretty sure I was a psychologist!

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?

My absolute best days are when we’re able to help a client see their business differently. It’s usually at this point when things begin to take off and the effectiveness of what we can do for them begins to be realized both internally and externally in a very powerful way.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is don’t get too high on the highs and too low on the lows. This advice was from my high school basketball coach.
If you could possess one super-human power, what would it be?

I think it would be so cool to be able to fly. The different vantage points would be amazing and the ability to get places quickly would be awesome.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

As a young fella, I probably wanted to be the usual things like a policeman, fireman, etc. But from high school on, I have always wanted to own my own business. In graduate school, my buddies were sure that I would make a living helping people/organizations see things from a different perspective. They were right!

What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join our team of superstars?

Be prepared to deliver absolute excellence, while being part of a very caring, results-oriented, drama-free work environment.

What one food do you wish had zero calories?

There are a whole bunch of food categories that I wish had zero calories. If I had to pick one, it would definitely be tortilla chips with guacamole, chili con queso and/or salsa.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

My favorite thing to do, by far, is to hang out with my family…Tracy, Erin, Trey and Kyle. My peeps!

Which of the three NextLevel Thinking core values resonates the most with you?

I think giving the client what they need, not just what they want really defines NextLevel Thinking. We have seen some extraordinary results from those clients that have really embraced this collaborative approach.
