Marketing Research is a systematic, objective collection and analysis of data about the marketplace in which you operate. It always incorporates some form of data collection whether it is secondary research (existing research) or primary research which is collected direct from a respondent.

Organizational Insight – The study of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to your organization. We dig inside the mindset of your organization to understand what you are saying about yourself and how you are trying to position yourself in the marketplace.

Customer Insight – Traditional and non-traditional primary research techniques that provides insight into the key criteria that allows you to acquire, develop and retain customers. What do your customers identify as your strengths and weaknesses? Are they knowledgeable about all you have to offer? Are they willing to refer you to others? If so, what would they say?
