The desire on Grizzard's part was to create a "consulting firm" that would position them more strategically in the minds of c-level executives. A thorough study was conducted to uncover trends, shifts and new developments in the communications marketplace. A map was created to illustrate where the communications marketplace was headed and what type of offering could be successful. The resulting ICP2 business unit has allowed Grizzard to become a pioneer in the Customer Profitability Management arena.
